|Redman elected FCCLA district secretary|

HHS sophomore Whitni Redman was elected district FCCLA secretary when the HHS chapter attended the Northeastern district winter meeting in Sterling at NJC on Wednesday, Jan. 27.
Four project groups competed, with all of them earning bronze except the senior and junior parliamentary procedure groups which earned silver.
Projects included life event planning, Brooke Parker and Redman; national programs in action (families first), Jordan Zeiler, Pamela McWilliams and Jeremy Loutensock; senior parliamentary procedure, Megan Colglazier, Kimberly Peña, Nicole Brandt, Duncan Brandt, Geoffrey Mattson, Nora Ann Roth and Amanda Ferguson; and junior parliamentary procedure, Molly Brandt, Matthew Golden, Ben Martinez and Erin Vieselmeyer.
Other projects not competing at districts include chapter showcase manual, Mallory Bennett, Ella Stewart and Briar Bergner; and chapter service project, Becca Brandt.
Becca Brandt and Stewart also attended the meeting as judges for life event planning.
Advisor Rebecca Helm and guest Susan Bennett also attended. HHS FCCLA will attend the State Conference in Denver April 8-10.
