In 1960, the East Phillips County Hospital District was established; Thursday, July 22 the community celebrated 50 years of healthcare progress. Upon entering the lobby, visitors signed the guestbook, received a friendly greeting from the staff and a complimentary first aid kit, and were on their way to enjoy the evening of celebration.
