|Jolly Dozen learns ins and outs of wheat, grain and flour|

John Stromberger, CSU Research Associate, visited with the FCE Jolly Dozen Club and
guests Tuesday, Nov. 9. The group met at Phillips County Event Center to listen to the
presentation on different whole grain and flour varieties. Stromberger also gave an
overview of the initial grain cleaning process to the final stage of baking. Bread
samples were on display as pictured above.
