Holyoke/Imperial Community Federal Credit Union will hold its annual meeting Monday, Feb. 16 in the HHS auditorium.
Prior to the meeting, credit union members are invited to a catered meal in the high school old gymnasium, beginning at 6 p.m. The meeting will start in the auditorium following the meal.
Two seats on the board are up for election: one for a Holyoke representative and one from Imperial, Neb.
Running for the open Holyoke seat are Rick Krueger and Terry Pocock. Tom Holtzman is currently serving in that board position, but has chosen not to seek re-election.
Incumbent Wanda Westfahl and Wes Holmes are on the ballot for the Imperial board position.
Board members whose terms have not expired are Boyce Wernet, Dorothy Scott, James Scholl, Laura Bittner and Charles Milner.
Other business items on the agenda include a report from board chairman Dorothy Scott, treasurer Laura Bittner, president Ron Goldenstein, supervisory committee Tom Balding and loan officer committee Deb Dusenbury-Dorren.
Following the business meeting, members will have the opportunity to try for cash and prizes in the popular money machine.
Children age 3-9 whose parents are attending the meeting are invited to join Challengers 4-H Club members for entertainment and activities in the HHS library.
