Banaka graduated from Bernel Beauty School in Fort Collins in 1981 and began taking appointments at Ardie’s the first week of December in 1981. She has worked from the same station for the past 30 years. Customers are invited to stop by to congratulate her and enjoy refreshments Thursday and Friday, Dec. 8 and 9 from 10 a.m.-3 p.m.
