 Don Lock of Haxtun has filed his intent to seek nomination as a candidate for a four-year term for Phillips County Commissioner District 3. Lock’s announcement was made Sunday, Feb. 19 at the Lincoln Day Luncheon. Bud Biesemeier has announced he will not seek re-election to the seat.
