 Francisco and Gabriela Caraveo started a new business venture last week when they opened Holyoke Video Center at 126 S. Interocean Ave.After living in Holyoke, the couple moved to Yuma for a couple of months early this year, and has now returned to open their new store. Assisting in the family business are Alexander and Diego, ages 5 and 3. New releases are separated from other selections in the store. In addition to DVD rentals, the store sells cotton candy, frozen ice cream-type treats and other candy. Current DVD selections are in the English language, but Gabriela indicated they will be getting a Spanish section. Store hours are 11 a.m.-9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, and 11 a.m.-10 p.m. Friday and Saturday. The business can be reached at 854-4788. |
