The Frenchman Creek Pheasants Forever Club and Colorado Parks and Wildlife are hosting a campout and family outdoor day at Haxtun Gun Club Friday-Sunday, June 22-24.
Any youth ages 10-17 are encouraged to attend with their family or a mentor. Families may set up a tent or drive their motor home or camper to the field across from the gun club to enjoy two nights of camping under the stars.

Participants will be provided with any equipment they may not have for the various skill stations.
Meals will be provided Friday-Sunday and a campfire will be held Friday and Saturday nights.
Facilities are provided by the Haxtun Gun Club and the Garry Haynes Memorial Preserve. Volunteers are needed for the various skills. Anyone with time to donate are encouraged to call Larry Haynes at 854-3494 or Stan Barthlama at 970-214-5928.
