Teen chefs competed for the top spot in the Heginbotham Library’s Chopped showdown Friday, June 15 as part of the teen summer reading program, “What’s Cookin’ at the Library?” Just like the popular TV show, teams were given baskets filled with secret ingredients to design a cupcake, beverage and ice cream dessert, which were then judged based on creativity, presentation and taste.
