Holyoke’s 125th celebration planning meeting Oct. 8

A planning meeting will be held Monday, Oct. 8 at 6 p.m. at the Peerless Theatre for anyone interested in helping plan Holyoke’s 125th (quasquicentennial) celebration. Holyoke will celebrate 125 years April 24, 2013.

Turn on the porch lights

Holyoke residents are requested to turn on their porch lights Friday evening, Oct. 5.

Aerial photos will be taken of the HHS Homecoming football game that evening and of the Holyoke community.
