|Re-1J board meeting changed to Oct. 9|

Holyoke School District Re-1J Board of Education postponed its first meeting in October to Tuesday, Oct. 9 at 7 p.m. in HJHS Room #218. The meeting was changed from Oct. 2 due to the Young Americans program planned that evening.
The superintendent’s report at the Oct. 9 meeting will include student count and class size report, accreditation of schools and plan assignment, year of the student, discussion of policies on repeal from revisions and gift acknowledgement.
Action items on the agenda include new coaching assignment, first reading of policy revisions presented Sept. 18, second reading of policy revisions from Sept. 4, district’s accreditation status, proclamations for classified employees week and national principals month and membership to Colorado Rural Schools Caucus.
Board member agenda items include discussion of J policies with zero tolerance, CASB delegate assembly preview and student leadership strand.
