I have been talking with people and read various online posts, and sometimes I hear the following: “My vote doesn’t matter.”

We only have to look back to the last election cycle to prove that your vote does matter.

The vote difference in the 2010 Colorado Senate race came down to seven votes per precinct in Colorado.

At our local, state and federal levels the election comes down to this simple question: Do you want more government control or more personal freedom (and responsibility)?

Mail-in ballots are going out this week, and early voting starts next week. You can request a mail-in ballot and find early voting locations at www.GoVoteColorado.com or call the county clerk’s office for more information.

Make sure your vote counts!
