Challengers 4-H Club
The Challengers 4-H Club held its third meeting of the year in the Biesemeier Room at the Phillips County Event Center Dec. 16. Before the meeting, the club enjoyed their annual chili meal.
President Molly Brandt called the meeting to order. There were 24 members, 15 parents and two guests present. Josie Herman read the minutes from the last meeting. Anna Jelden gave the treasurer’s report. Both reports were approved.
Emily Jelden gave a report on the Community Christmas project. The gifts will be delivered Dec. 18. Members were reminded to contact Bergners to order club T-shirts. Each family should pay club dues.
After the meeting the club bundled up to go Christmas caroling. The Challengers 4-H visited several different homes and Regent Park.
The next meeting was scheduled for Jan. 6.
