|RRWCD meeting is next Thursday|

Board of Directors of the Republican River Water Conservation District will be holding its regular quarterly meeting Thursday, April 11 from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. at Quintech LLC, 529 Albany St., Yuma.
As part of the agenda, the board will approve minutes of previous meetings, approve quarterly financials, receive reports on various recent meetings and programs, receive report on the RRCA’s special meeting to address Nebraska’s pipeline proposal and Colorado’s plans for filing an application with the RRCA for approval of the CCP, consider an amendment to the lease with Cure Land to allow water to be used to test the Pipeline in 2013, receive report on Compact Compliance Pipeline from Tracy Travis, discuss Conservation Survey results, discuss personnel issues, as well as other matters.
Public comment will be taken at 1 p.m.
If necessary, the RRWCD Board of Directors will hold an executive session to determine positions and instruct negotiators, receive legal advice on legal questions related to such agreements, Compact Compliance, the Compact Compliance Pipeline and to discuss and receive legal advice on personnel matters.
