“Party in the Park,” a good old-fashioned Saturday afternoon, begins at 4 p.m. June 8 at Thompson Park, located at 400 W. 4th Street in Julesburg. Left of Center, a classic and modern rock band from Greeley, will play until 8 p.m. A sloppy Joe meal will be served from 5-6:30 p.m.

A silent auction will have something for everyone, and bidding will conclude at 7:30 p.m.

Children will have a great time bouncing off the walls—literally—at the bounce house, which is free. Donations will be accepted there and elsewhere at the park to benefit a Julesburg family in need.

Picnic tables will be provided; however, feel free to bring seating as well.
