|Trumper qualifies for track regionals|

Taeryn Trumper, who will be a sixth-grader at Holyoke Elementary School this fall, was quite successful at the USA Track and Field Junior Olympics Championships June 22-23 at Sports Authority Stadium in Parker.
Qualifying for the finals in both the 400 meter dash and the long jump, Trumper placed second in the long jump with a distance of 14’ 5.25” and fifth in the 400 with a time of 1:11.83.
Her long jump effort qualified Trumper for the regionals in Mesa, Ariz.
Taeryn is the daughter of Rod and Tracy Trumper of Holyoke.
