Race season nears end; mutton bustin’ added to the fun PDF Print E-mail

Action was solid at the Phillips County Raceway Saturday, Aug. 24 as the crowd took in rainout mains from June 22, seven racing division events and mutton bustin’ for the kids.

The night marked the end this season for racing for sprints, midgets and dwarfs.

IMCA division racing for mods, sport mods, stocks and hobbies will continue in the season finale Saturday, Sept. 14 at the PCR at the Phillips County Fairgrounds in Holyoke.

Mutton bustin’ will also return to the arena Sept. 14. Those interested in signing up must be under 50 pounds and 12 years and under.
