|Written by Holyoke Enterprise|
The Holyoke High School FBLA chapter indulged in their annual back-to-school social Thursday, Aug. 22 in the high school business room following fall sports practices.
Future Business Leaders of America is an extracurricular organization in which students compete with members from other chapters across the state and nation through tests and projects using business knowledge and innovation.
Members also receive various opportunities to sharpen leadership skills and to serve the community.
The back-to-school social was an opportunity to welcome any and all students interested in joining FBLA. Although not able to be present, president Meg Strauss prepared the social. New FBLA adviser this year is Chuck Hurst.
