Pink out invades HHS gym PDF Print E-mail
Written by Holyoke Enterprise

With October being recognized as breast cancer awareness month, the Lady Dragon volleyball team will host the fourth annual pink out game Monday, Sept. 30 with Perkins County, Neb., to honor and remember those who have battled the disease.

The HHS team will be wearing pink jerseys for the match and all spectators are encouraged to wear pink as well. Pink out shirts are available at Holyoke Dragon Headquarters at Holyoke Cleaners.

Each Holyoke player will be playing in honor or memory of an individual who has been or is currently affected by breast cancer.

Cancer survivors will be recognized before the varsity match and given a pink carnation. Any breast cancer survivor planning to attend the match should call Ravon Krueger at 970-520-9182 to ensure inclusion.
