Richard Brown and Katie Gerk could have stepped right out of the “Great Gatsby” movie as they dressed their parts well for the 2013 CineMagic.
When Despicable Me minions met Cousin It, Neo, Tonto, Dorothy, Harry Potter, Tinman, Chewbacca and Jay Gatsby, it was a cinematic delight Saturday, Nov. 2 at the Peerless Center in Holyoke.
Twelve tables were set with movie themes, and the result was a costume haven.
Movie themes represented at the tables included “The Great Gatsby,” “The Matrix,” “The Lone Ranger,” “Star Wars,” “The Wizard of Oz,” “Oz: The Great and Powerful,” “Harry Potter,” “Despicable Me” and “The Addams Family.”
The second annual FUNdraising event for the Peerless Center was proclaimed a great success for general fundraising for the theater.
