Northeast Colorado Health Department’s food safety meeting, which was postponed in mid-September due to flooding in Logan County, has been rescheduled for Monday, Nov. 18 from 1-3 p.m. It will be held in Sterling at NCHD’s district headquarters, located at 700 Columbine St.
This meeting is an open discussion about food safety in this region, and members of the food service industry, as well as consumers, are welcome to attend. The meeting is free, and reservations are requested but not required.
“Our first food safety meeting this past January went very well, and the feedback was really helpful,” said Carmen Vandenbark, NCHD’s environmental health administrator.
