|Phillips County 4-H’ers attend weekend leadership conference|

Seventeen Phillips County 4-H members in grades 6-9 attended the Colorado Leadership Conference Friday-Sunday, Nov. 8-10 in Glenwood Springs.
The conference theme of “Reaching New Heights” allowed participants to experience certain aspects of flight and how this relates to leadership. Conference attendees had the opportunity to build their own planes, fly remote control helicopters and hovercrafts and discuss weather and the factors affecting flight.
