|HEA sends $2.2 million capital credits refunds|

Mark Farnsworth, general manager of Highline Electric Association in Holyoke, announced that the Highline Board of Directors approved a capital credits refund of approximately $2,203,000 to the membership.
In addition, Highline retired capital credits of approximately $75,000 to estates in 2013.
“At the November board of directors’ meeting, the board voted to return the balance of the 1998 and 50 percent of 1999 Highline Electric capital credits, and the remainder of the generation and transmission capital credits of 1993,” Farnsworth said.
