|Public invited to county EMS, trauma town hall meeting|
|Written by Holyoke Enterprise|
A report of recommendations for potential improvements to Phillips County’s EMS and trauma system will be released during a public meeting Tuesday, April 22 at 7 p.m. in the Biesemeier Room at the Phillips County Event Center.
The report is the product of a systemwide review conducted by an independent consulting team that visited the county in November 2013. Team members will be available at the meeting to distribute the report, discuss the recommendations and answer questions.
The assessment was requested through the board of county commissioners, funded through the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment, and coordinated through the Northeast Colorado Regional Emergency Medical & Trauma Advisory Council.
