|Camaraderie bonds HHS throwers|

With a group of young, fairly inexperienced throwers on the Holyoke High School track and field team, working on technique is of the utmost importance. Luckily for coach Sandra Rahe, the throwers are willing to put forth the time to continually improve.
Both Rahe and Kia Kassman—who works with the throwers a few times a week—pointed to the group’s willingness to listen, adjust and work hard as advantages for the team. Not only do they want to get better, but the group is very supportive of one another, constantly offering advice and pointers to help the team.
