|Killin, Mailander, Wall are judge finalists|

The 13th Judicial District Nominating Commission has nominated three candidates for a Phillips County court judgeship created by the retirement of the Honorable David O. Colver, effective May 30.
Nominees Kimbra L. Killin, Leo F. Mailander and Alvin R. Wall, all of Holyoke, were selected in a meeting on April 25 at the Logan County Courthouse in Sterling.
Under the Colorado Constitution, the governor has 15 days from April 28 within which to appoint one of the nominees as county court judge for Phillips County.
