|Students compete at FBLA nationals|

The Holyoke chapter of Future Business Leaders of America met up with chapters from all over the country for their national conference June 29-July 2 in Nashville, Tenn.
Extending their stay to June 28-July 4, the students found some time for fun activities, as well as competition.
Attending from Holyoke were Anastasia Conklin, Rosa Ochoa, Kaylee Ham, Kaitlyn Shafer, Tyler Camblin, Xander Nelson, Austin Herman and A.J. Brandt, along wih sponsors Ken and Kristie Ham.

Conklin and Ochoa represented the Holyoke Chapter as the recipients of the Peak V award at the state competition. The two members compiled photos and created a write-up for the Outstanding Chapter Report at nationals. The Holyoke chapter was recognized for their report at the Mountain Plains Regional meeting.
The Local Chapter Annual Business Report was presented by Kaylee Ham and Shafer. The report is 30 pages detailing the chapter’s activity during the past year.
Camblin, Nelson and Herman competed in the Partnership in Business event. Begininng last fall, the group worked with local businesses to provide tours and job information for junior high students.
Brandt competed in Networking Concepts which required him to take a test over the subject.
