Bogus subscription renewal notices for various publications are being sent out, and residents are cautioned to beware.
Holyoke resident Robert Jacobs received four such notices for various magazine and newsletter subscriptions.
One publication had a tremendous increase from previous years, so Jacobs called the company to inquire. They made him aware that an Oregon company had been targeting their publication with unathorized renewal offers.
