Jeff and Cassidi (Sporhase) Lundell are proud to announce the birth of their son, JJ Elliott Lundell, born Dec. 1, 2011 at 2:49 a.m. in Shawnee, Kan. He weighed 8 pounds, 2 ounces and was 19 3/4 inches long.

Maternal grandparents are Gary Sporhase of Englewood, Fla. and Ivan and Julie Wiebke of Holyoke. Maternal great-grandparents are James and Margaret Scholl of Holyoke and the late LaVon Scholl. Paternal grandmother is Evelyn Lundell of Las Vegas, Nev.Paternal great-grandmother is Caroline Winstead of Pass Christian, Miss.
