Craig Leben - July 30, 2010
Craig Leben, 55, of Paducah, Ky. was born in Holyoke May 5, 1955 to Ray and Yvonne Leben. He died July 30, 2010 at Western Baptist Hospital in Paducah.
He was baptized and confirmed in the Christian faith at Zion Lutheran Church in Holyoke in May of 1969.
He was the vice president and location manager of the West Park branch of Independence Bank in Paducah. He was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church in Paducah, Downtown Kiwanis Club in Paducah, Paducah Breakfast Club and U.S. Tennis Association.
Craig was preceded in death by his father, Ray Leben.
Survivors include his wife of 25 years, Leanna Presser Leben of Paducah; son, Rock Bradford and wife Kerri of Marion, Ill.; daughter, Farrah Hobbs and husband Tommy of Golconda, Ill.; mother and step-father, Yvonne and Boyce Wernet of Holyoke; sisters, Gail Spies and husband Steve of Muscatine, Iowa and Lisa Vogel and husband Tim of Idaho Springs; step-sister, Londa Bradford and husband Brad of Holyoke; step-brothers, Dolan Wernet and wife Julie and Ty Wernet and wife Patti, all of Marysville, Wash; grandchildren, Conner Hobbs and Halle Hobbs of Golconda; and several nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.
Funeral services for Craig were held Aug. 4 at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Paducah with Pastor Corey Aker officiating.
