George Rober - June 04, 2011

George J. Rober, 97, was born June 2, 1914 southwest of Ovid to Michael and Anna (Jannus) Rober. He died June 4, 2011 in Holyoke.

He is preceded in death by his wife, LaVerne; brother, Jerome “Bud;” and granddaughter, Ashley.

He is survived by his children, George L., Marlene and Harv; grandchildren, Shawn, Tanya, Stephanie and Amy; and great-grandchildren, Cody, Cade, Randi, Lelli, Rorisang, Michaela and Ava.
