Buy fresh, eat local with 2023 Farm Fresh Directory

As Coloradans and visitors look to sample the agricultural bounty of our state, the Colorado Department of Agriculture releases its 39th annual Colorado Farm Fresh Directory, which helps consumers find farmers markets, roadside stands, u-picks, and more.

“This directory gives Coloradans and visitors a guide to the state’s impressive farmers markets culture, agritourism, and other fun food, beverage and agriculture events,” said Colorado Proud Program Manager Danielle Trotta. “Farm stands and markets keep Coloradans directly connected to the agricultural industry, help shorten the supply chain, and bring fresh, locally grown produce straight to our homes. They’re also a great place to meet your local farmer or rancher and get to know the people who grow and raise our food.”

The 2023 Colorado Farm Fresh Directory features businesses selling direct to the public, including more than 200 farms, ranches, roadside stands, u-picks and Community Supported Agriculture programs, and 87 farmers markets across the state. There are 25 new listings to explore this year.

Farm Fresh also includes listings of restaurants using local ingredients, wineries, corn mazes, pumpkin patches and other seasonal activities. The free directory includes a crop calendar and other resources to help consumers make the most of farmers market season.
