‘Think F1rst’ comes to Colorado

Have you seen ads in The Holyoke Enterprise about the First Amendment?

Media of Nebraska and the Nebraska Press Association’s “Think F1rst” campaign has expanded to 28 states in 2019, with Colorado among them.

From Aug. 1-Dec. 31, 12 Colorado Press Association media members and the Colorado Broadcasters Association will join the campaign working to inform the nation of First Amendment rights.

According to a 2018 OnePoll survey, while 3 in 4 Americans claim to support the First Amendment, 40% are unaware of the five freedoms it protects and 36% can name only one. The “Think F1rst” campaign is designed to educate Americans about the five freedoms and combat these statistics.
