10 FFA teams compete at State Career Development
The Holyoke FFA chapter had a great day at its State Career Development contest at Colorado State University May 1-2. Ten teams and 35 members competed at this contest.
Results include:
— Floriculture: silver; Josie Schlachter, gold; Nicole Schlachter, silver; Jimena Nunez; and Ava Koberstein.
— Veterinary science: Isaiah Rueter, bronze; Jordyn Schluntz; and Katelyn Kropp.
— Farm business management: gold and top three in the state; Wyatt Sprague, bronze; Lauren Herman, bronze; Miles Sprague, silver; and Kai Siep, gold.
