Brewed Awakening to purchase Pizza p.a.d. building, business
Iceberg Enterprises LLC, which does business as Brewed Awakening Coffee and Bake Shop, has plans to purchase the building and business at 110 N. Interocean Ave. in Holyoke.
Pat and Danette Vasa have owned and operated Pizza p.a.d. there for the last 12 years. This week Danette said that they will be training the new staff on the pizza business in the next few weeks and then will move on to the next phase of life when the sale is final.
Brewed Awakening owner Dale Berg said his crew was busy moving equipment last weekend from its former location just one block north at 215 N. Interocean Ave.
