Crop product update conference set for March 3

Colorado State University Extension and the Colorado Certified Crop Advisor Board are hosting a crop product update. This one-day program will offer a total of six CCA credits in categories that include nutrient management, pest management, crop management, and soil and water credits. In addition, some pesticide recertification credits will also be available from the Colorado Department of Agriculture.  

Topics include: wheat stem sawfly strategies, sunflower insects, Colorado Department of Agriculture’s updates on paraquat and chlorpyriphos uses, and Bayer’s Rejuvra uses in rangeland, along with product updates from Brandt, BASF, 4 Rivers, Corteva, Gowan, FMC and Syngenta.  On hand will be company representatives discussing products and uses for various pests.
