Dermatologist at MMH on 3rd Thursdays

    Daniel M. Hoffman, M.D., will be at Melissa Memorial Hospital the third Thursday of each month beginning April 20 for dermatology services. Hoffman is based out of the Denver metro area’s Asarch Dermatology and Aesthetics.
    Hoffman, an east coast native, attended college and medical school at Columbia University in New York City. He studied dermatology at the Henry Ford Medical Center in Detroit, Michigan, and practiced for six years at Mercy Health in Janesville, Wisconsin.
    “The landscape is different, but it’s a familiar feel,” said Hoffman of the rural areas he will be serving. In addition to Holyoke, Hoffman will also be traveling to Yuma, Wray, Burlington and Leadville.
    “I’m excited to be here,” said Hoffman, adding that the outreach program was appealing to him. “I hope to get to know the communities and other staff here and develop connections.”
