DiMartino joins Melissa Memorial as HR director

Melissa Memorial Hospital CEO Cathy Harshbarger announced that Tiffany DiMartino started as human resources director Oct. 26. With the hiring of David Applewood in September as chief financial officer, the MMH leadership team is now at full capacity.

DiMartino is moving to Holyoke from Erie. In her last role, she served as vice president of people resources with Sage Hospitality in Denver. Prior to that she held a variety of HR leadership roles with companies in the Denver metro area, as well as Powermate Corporation in Kearney, Nebraska.

She is excited to have the opportunity to apply her HR skills and expertise in a new industry for her. “I’m so excited to learn a new industry, especially in such an amazing facility. Health care is a family-oriented, customer service-oriented environment, which is important to me and something I really enjoy. I’m thankful to be part of an organization with such intelligent team members and to have the opportunity to do such great things in rural health care.”
