Janel Rodriguez recently opened Chulas Salon, Spa & Boutique after purchasing the Headquarters building at 114 E. Denver St. from Connie Ferguson and Amanda Parrish.
Rodriguez earned her cosmetology license from Northeastern Junior College in 2021. She worked alongside Ferguson and Parrish at Headquarters for over a year before purchasing the building in August. She offers a variety of services such as cosmetics, facials, manicures and pedicures, and she also offers complete barber services.
