Heldenbrand is DHSEM Northeast Field Office Manager

is new role as Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management, Northeast Field Office Manager Monday, Jan. 11.
He spent the last seven years as Phillips County Emergency Manager. DHSEM restructured some of its areas and regions, which opened up the northeast position.
Heldenbrand said it was something he always considered if the position became available, and he’s anxious to get started.
The northeast region of DHSEM covers Phillips, Sedgwick, Morgan, Logan, Washington, Yuma and Weld counties. Heldenbrand will be working with the counties’ and municipalities’ emergency managers and programs.
