Hospital board breezes through quick meeting

Members of the East Phillips County Hospital District met for a quick monthly meeting Tuesday, April 26, at Melissa Memorial Hospital.

The board reviewed Policy 2.3 regarding medical staff relations and Governance Policy 4.6 regarding board committee structure.

Under Policy 2.5, Chief Financial Officer David Applewood reviewed financial conditions and activities.
