Kleves to be recognized as Centennial Farm

Twenty-two Colorado families that have owned and operated their farms and ranches for 100 years or more will be honored at the 33rd annual Centennial Farms and Ranches ceremony Friday, Aug. 23, at 1 p.m. at the Colorado State Fair in Pueblo.

The ceremony will include the Kleve Farm and Ranch in Holyoke, which dates back to 1919.

Other honorees in northeast Colorado include Bagley Hills Ranch, Eckley, 1914; Baker Farms, Akron, 1917; Boerner Farm, Fleming, 1916; Renzelman Ranch, Wray, 1916; Moellenberg Ranch, Idalia, 1914; Dolezal Farm, Julesburg, 1917; M&M Hahn Family Partnership, Yuma, 1910; and Weyerman Ranch, Idalia, 1893.
