Koch is new Bank of the West branch manager

Kristin Koch is bringing a decade of experience in the financial industry to her new role as branch manager at Bank of the West in Holyoke.

Her first day was Monday, Jan. 4.

Koch is excited to offer her guidance and support to the current bank staff while helping them reach their goals.

“I am a customer service person. That will be my biggest focus,” said Koch.
