Max’s Repair offers mobile mechanic services
In Max Wear’s 12 years of experience working on farm equipment, he has learned a lot about what it takes to ensure success.
Since September, he has been bringing that knowledge to customers in northeast Colorado and western Nebraska with his mobile mechanic business, Max’s Repair.
“It’s a new adventure,” he said. “I’m pretty excited about it and am happy working for myself.”
Wear received his level II mechanic certification while working at Case IH, and now that he has his own business, he wants to keep doing what he loves while keeping customers’ needs as his primary focus.
“I want to provide a quality service to the customer at a fair price,” he said. “I’m excited to meet new people and continue to work with previous customers.”
Working with and repairing machines has always been something he loves.
“I get the reward of fixing a machine and watching it operate,” he said.
Max’s Repair offers basic service, repair and maintenance for combines, tractors, skid steer loaders and small engines including four-wheelers, lawn mowers and side-by-sides.
Wear said his mechanical background and the experience he received while working at Case IH in northeast Colorado and western Nebraska helped him learn small engine repair. He said he wanted to start his own business to be his own boss and spend more time with his family.
