Record number qualifies for state FBLA in April

    Holyoke will take a record number of 41 Future Business Leaders of America members to compete against 3,000 other Colorado members at the new Gaylord Rockies Resort and Convention Center in Denver in April.
    Students qualified for the state competition from Feb. 7 districts held at NJC in Sterling, where they competed against 10 other schools.
    The top four places in tests taken at the district conference qualified for state, along with the top three in other events.
    Those placing at the state competition will continue on to nationals in San Antonio, Texas, in June.
