Sorghum Field Days set

Colorado State University Extension, Colorado Sorghum Producers and the CSU Crops Testing Program are holding Sorghum Field Days for producers to see new and adapted hybrids side by side in trial plots. Attendees will hear about hybrid characteristics, new herbicide tolerant hybrids, production challenges and agronomy.  

The field days will be held at the Akron U.S. Department of Agriculture station 4 miles east of Akron on Highway 34 at 8:30 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 13, Walsh at the Plainsman Research Center farm at 10 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 15, and Sheridan Lake at the field site 6 miles north of Brandon on County Road 59 at 9 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 20.
