Webinar to explain food assistance program

President Donald J. Trump and U.S. Secretary of Agriculture Sonny Perdue announced the Coronavirus Food Assistance Program 2 on Sept. 18. CFAP2 will use funding and authorities provided in the Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security Act and the Commodity Credit Corporation Charter Act. This $14 billion immediate relief program includes direct support to agricultural producers.

Colorado State University Extension and the U.S. Department of Agriculture Farm Service Agency have teamed up to conduct a CFAP2 webinar.

The webinar will be held Tuesday, Oct. 6, from 6:30-8:30 p.m.
