HEA annual meeting set for March 21

    Highline Electric Association will host its annual meeting Tuesday, March 21, at the Phillips County Event Center at 6:30 p.m.
    A complimentary meal and registration will kick off the evening at 5:30 p.m. with the business meeting to follow.
    Reports by officers, directors and committees are on the agenda, as well as several scholarship announcements, youth reports on the Washington, D.C., Youth Tour and Youth Leadership Camp, and the election of three directors.
    In District No. 1, there are three people running for two open positions, which were held by incumbent Michael Bournia and the late Mark Stromberger. Bournia, Brad Alan Stromberger and Pamela J. Stieb are running for the two positions.
