Cooking up a fresh catch is just one of 100 ways that parents can enjoy this summer with their children.
100 summer activities for kids released
Great Outdoors Colorado is encouraging children to stay active this summer with the second round of their Generation Wild campaign.
The campaign, which launched June 12, promotes outdoor activities for preteens. By exposing young children to nature, GOCO hopes to foster the next generation of stewards of Colorado’s open spaces.
GOCO is spreading its message through television spots, digital advertisement and an aggressive social media campaign.
At the heart of their campaign is a list of suggested activities: “100 things to do before you’re 12.”
