Annual smorgasbord dinner and band/choir concert are Tuesday
     Mark your calendars for dinner and live entertainment next Tuesday, Feb. 26. The Music Parents Association is hosting its annual smorgasbord meal from 5-6:30 p.m. at the Holyoke Elementary School cafeteria. Tickets are available at the door or from music students. To-go boxes are also available. All proceeds will benefit the K-12 music program.
     A free concert beginning at 7 p.m. in the Holyoke JR/SR High auditorium will feature band students in grades 5-12, choir students in grades 7-12 and the high school select choir.

School has teacher inservice Monday
     Students in Holyoke School District will get the day off Monday, Feb. 25, due to a teacher inservice.
    
Chili cook-off is next Thursday
     The seventh annual chili cook-off at Regent Park and Carriage House is set for Thursday, Feb. 28. Any kind of chili will be accepted in the competition and should be taken in a personal slow cooker by 4 p.m. The community is invited to attend the tasting at 5 p.m. Judging will take place at 5 p.m. by residents of Regent Park and Carriage House. The winner will have the opportunity to make a donation to the charity of their choice. For more information, call the activities department at 970-854-2251.
